• • Details about the appliance and the problem, including photos you text us, such as the model and serial sticker.
• • Calls and texts. Our phone lines may be answered by an AI assistant, and calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can handle your request and check quality.
• • Payments. Card details go straight to our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store card numbers.
• • Website visits. Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to measure visits and ad results. If you come from one of our ads, the page may show a Google forwarding number so Google can count the call.

To schedule and do the repair, check warranty coverage, text you about your job, take payment, answer your questions, keep the records the law requires, and improve our service.

Companies that run our phones, texting, scheduling, payments and website, only so they can provide those services; LG, when you ask for an LG warranty repair and the claim needs your model, serial, proof of purchase and contact details; and authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

We text you about the request you started with us. How often depends on your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help.

As long as we need it for your job, the repair guarantee and our tax and business records. After that we delete or anonymize it.
