Our 15-day guarantee
Every repair comes with a 15-day guarantee — a solid window to confirm the fix holds in normal everyday use. If the same problem returns within 15 days of our visit, we come back and make it right at no extra charge.
Extended protection — choose your own coverage
Want longer peace of mind? We offer an optional extended protection plan, roughly $2–5 per day, and you choose the length.
Because this plan is backed by our insurance partner (not just us), we set it up individually — just ask and we’ll confirm a plan and exact terms that fit your appliance before it starts.
Conditions — the honest fine print
The guarantee applies when:
- • the appliance is used per the manufacturer’s guidelines;
- • you report a related issue promptly so we can help fast;
- • no other provider has worked on the unit after our visit.
It doesn’t cover new or unrelated faults, accidental damage, or misuse — but if something comes up, call us and we’ll sort it out straight.
