The diagnostic visit is $100, waived if you go ahead with the repair. We quote the repair before any work starts, and you decide whether to go ahead.

LG decides what its warranty covers. Covered repairs are authorized by LG per job, and the covered part is billed to LG. We need your model and serial number and proof of purchase. Anything LG does not cover, such as labor in years 6–10 on a linear compressor, is quoted to you before work starts.

Arrival windows are estimates. Same-day visits depend on the day's route.
